Vacancy packer/technical employee

Highpack B.V. is a seed packaging company with
5 employees and is run by Patrick and Rowena, brother and sister. We produce bags and pack seeds for various seed companies in the Netherlands and abroad.

We are looking for a full-time

PACKER / TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE

(40 hours)

We are looking for a colleague who not only packs but also maintains the machines.
You are working in a small team (you will be joined by 6 friendly colleagues) and therefore you are multifunctional.

Activities:

• You set up the machines and take care of all the work involved in the packaging process.
• You think along
• Preparing goods for shipment.
• Loading and unloading of goods with forklift.
• Delivery of goods by company vehicle (including trailer).
• Maintenance of our machines is of great importance, so it is a plus if you are technically skilled.

Job Requirements:

• You have a technical background/insight.
  – You have good communication skills, are presentable and flexible. Furthermore, you have a great sense of responsibility and service and quality is high on your list.
  • You are meticulous in your work; when in doubt, always ask for help.
  • You must be able to work independently and be in good shape due to lifting and prolonged standing.
  • You are in possession of a forklift license and a B/E driver’s license.
  • Occasionally, we may work overtime. You are therefore willing to work overtime and work on Saturdays
